सुखकर्ता दुखहर्ता वार्ता विघ्नाची । नुरवी पूर्वी प्रेम कृपा जयाची । सर्वांगी सुंदर उटी शेंदुराची । कंठी झळके माळ मुक्ताफळाची ॥०१॥
जय देव जय देव जय मंगलमूर्ती । दर्शनमात्रे मनकामना पुरती । रत्नखचित फरा तूज गौरीकुमरा । चंदनाची उटी कुंकुमकेशरा । हिरे जडित मुकुट शोभतो बरा । रुणझुणती नुपुरे चरणी घागरिया ॥०२॥
लंबोदर पितांबर फनी वरवंदना । सरळ सोंड वक्रतुंड त्रिनयना । दास रामाचा वाट पाहे सदना । संकटी पावावे निर्वाणी रक्षावे सुरवंदना । जय देव जय देव जय मंगलमूर्ती । दर्शनमात्रे मनकामना पुरती ॥०३॥
English Ganpati Aarti :
Ganesh, the remover of obstacles, the giver of happiness, Please remove all my troubles and shower me with your love and grace. You are beautiful, with a vermilion tilak on your forehead and a garland of pearls around your neck.
Hail to you, Lord Ganesh, the auspicious one. With just a glance, you fulfill all my wishes. You are adorned with a jeweled crown and a silk dhoti. Your forehead is smeared with sandalwood paste and your hair is tied with a kumkum thread. Your diamond-studded crown is very beautiful. The anklets on your feet make a tinkling sound.
You are pot-bellied, wear a yellow dhoti and have a snake around your waist. You have a straight trunk and a curved tusk, and three eyes. You are always waiting for your devotee, Lord Rama. In times of trouble, you provide relief and protect me, O Lord of the gods.
Hail to you, Lord Ganesh, the auspicious one. With just a glance, you fulfill all my wishes.
